Yes. We deliver design-aligned electromechanical installation, modification, replacement, and remedial works for new-build, fit-out, refurbishment, and occupied-property projects, covering scope review, proposal, mobilization, execution, inspection & testing, and close-out.
Do you offer MEP subcontracting for main contractors?
Yes. We offer HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and integrated multi-trade work packages as a subcontractor, working within the main contractor's approved program, quality procedures, HSE rules, and documentation requirements.
Do you support properties after handover or during defects-liability periods?
Yes. We offer snag and defect rectification, maintenance during defects-liability periods, and can propose an ongoing AMC after project completion.
