MEP subcontract packages for main contractors
We take AC, electrical, plumbing and combined multi-trade packages as a subcontractor, working inside your programme, your quality procedures, your HSE rules and your documentation requirements. AC, electrical, plumbing and integrated packages from one subcontractor instead of three.
Packages we take
HVAC Work Packages
Supply, install, test and commission split, ducted and package systems. Ventilation and air-filtration installation, modification and replacement.
Electrical Work Packages
Fitting contracting, containment, distribution boards, lighting and fixture installation, terminations, inspection and testing.
Plumbing Work Packages
First and second fix, sanitary ware installation, pipework, alterations, pressure testing and close-out.
Integrated MEP Support
All three trades under a single subcontract with one programme, one set of RFIs and one point of accountability. Includes snagging, defect rectification and defects-liability cover.

One named contact for the site and one for the commercial side, with a written escalation route.
We read the drawings, BOQ, specification and programme before we mobilise, not after.
We build to the approved information and to your project instructions, and we raise an RFI rather than assume.

Who you would be working with
Technical delivery is owned by Romi Malkawi, Co-Founder and Technical Director. He spent eighteen years in maintenance and engineering leadership at one of the UAE's largest technical operations, running strategy and operations across a 35,000-unit fleet on an AED 500 million annual maintenance budget, and building an electromechanical modification operation that delivered an AED 120 million three-year project portfolio. He is a PMI-certified Project Manager, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a certified Lead Auditor across ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001. He is based in Dubai.

Frequently asked questions
Do you take single-trade packages, or only integrated MEP?
Both. AC, electrical and plumbing work packages can be taken individually, or combined under one subcontract if your programme suits it.
What's your turnaround on tender documents and site visits?
We respond to tender documents within five business days and can attend a site visit anywhere in the UAE. Works are delivered across Dubai and Northern Emirates.
Can you provide RAMS, method statements and the pre-qualification pack before we award?

Do you work under our main contract's HSE and quality procedures, or your own?
Yours. We work inside your programme, your quality procedures, your HSE rules and your documentation requirements rather than applying our own in isolation.
