Frequently asked questions
What areas do you cover?
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. If you're outside these areas, message us and we'll confirm.
Can you reply the same day?
We reply within 90 minutes during working hours. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the problem and we'll confirm a time.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for a single villa or apartment?
Yes. An annual contract covers scheduled visits, priority when something breaks between them, and a written report after each one.
What if I'm not sure which trade the problem needs?
Send us a photo and a short description on WhatsApp. We'll work out whether it's AC, electrical or plumbing and arrive with the right part.
